The plant has a production area of 1,000 sqm and a capacity of about 100 tons per month.

We have extensive experience in the production of steel products: black, acid-resistant, corten and aluminum.

A 2,000-square-meter paved maneuvering area, a forklift (5 tons), and self-propelled lift trucks enable efficient loading of goods, unloading of materials, and inter-station transport.
Transport equipment is supplemented by its own 3-8 ton truck transport.

The versatile machinery includes, among others:

• welding rooms: 10 Mig/Mag welding stations and 2 TiG stations,
• Baykal 3200mm CNC eccentric press brake,
• CNC STIGAL dynamic 6000mm x2100mm plasma burning machine (max sheet 20mm),
• Horizontal bender for pipes 0.5″ – 2″ , NC mandrel bender for pipes and profiles from 1/4″ to 2.5″, roller bender for pipes 0.5″ – 2″ (curves),
• ALMI device for the preparation of tubes from 21.3 to 60.7 mm in diameter.
• ERGONOMIC 320 band saw, circular saws, 3200mm.NC guillotine shears, (sheet metal up to 12 mm.),
• Mechanical shears, pole drills, GEKA shears, milling machine, lathe, grinders.

Our machinery is constantly being upgraded.

In addition, Zotomar provides services: hot-dip galvanizing, galvanizing, sandblasting , powder coating, laser cutting, punching, waterjet cutting, 3D bending: pipes, profiles, sheet metal.
